General Information
Müller Eckstein is a well established swiss law firm in the border area to Austria and Germany. The main focus of the firm is business law. All of our attorneys offer legal advice in matters related to national and international corporate issues. For our corporate clients we offer also support in relation to labour and industrial law. Furthermore, we support our clients with regard to export trade and investment activities. In addition the law firm renders advice and forensic assistance in connection with directors and officers liability and white-collar crime. To regular customers the firm offers its services also in additional fields of private and public law.
Clients
Among our clients there is a large number of corporate enterprises, which are based in the region or in the German speaking part of Switzerland. Most of them are active in industrial production or trade. Due to the firm's vicinity to Germany and Austria a considerable num-ber of our clients consists of foreign corporate enterprises. To a large extent these companies are active in banking, trade and transportation business.
Special fields of activity
An additional field of activity of the firm is to give support and to render advice in all aspects of national and international aviation law.
Our associated office Eckstein & Partners in Moscow ( www.advocat.ru) provides legal advice to Swiss corporate enterprises in Russia and in other republics of the former Soviet Union.
Via our partner office in Konstanz ( www.hansen-besuden.de) we can not only offer services regarding Germen Law, but we can also prepare documents for notarizations in such a way, that they will be accepted by German commercial registers.

Our office is located at Hauptstrasse 17 in Staad/SG. Situated between Rorschach and Altenrhein, within a distance of 1 kilometre from the airport St. Gallen-Altenrhein and within 2 kilometres from the highway A1, exit Rheineck/Thal/Airport the office is easily accessible.
